my work flow

  • It all begins with you. First you will fill out the commission form I created to make it as easy as possible for you to express & communicate what you’re looking for.

  • I will email you the proposal with all of the information, photo inspirations, cost, and timeline.

  • Once you see the proposal, now is the time to give me any feedback on anything you would like me to alter or change. I will not start until you have approved the project proposal.

  • Once everything is approved, I will email you the invoice for a 50% deposit.

  • Once the deposit is paid, I will create the sketch and you will either approve the sketch or suggest changes.

  • Once the sketch is approved, I will send you the invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, I will start the painting.

  • I will email you an update of the painting while I am adding the final details.

  • Once approved, I will ship your new painting!
