My store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide the site with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell products and services to you.
DELIVERY
Original artworks and art prints are shipped seperately, so if you buy an art print and an original in the same order, you will receive 2 tracking codes for each order.
Original artworks: Original artworks are shipped with United States Postal Service. Delivery time for orders on original artworks takes on average 4-7 days. There is free shipping on all orginal artworks, which includes tracking and insurance. In the unfortunate case, that an artwork arrives damaged or is lost, you will receive a refund for your order. If your package is lost, contact denissealzohbi@gmail.com. If damaged, kindly send images of the damaged packaging to denissealzohbi@gmail.com
Art Prints: The delivery time for the prints is on average between 2-7 business days and are shipped with United States Postal Service. The average time for processing and shipping is 2-10 business days. All orders come with a tracking number, allowing you to always follow your package.
I cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you are placing an order during a high-demand period, such as Christmas, please factor in additional time for the delivery of your order.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Original artworks: Original artworks purchased from the store are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged due to transportation.
If you receive a damaged artwork, kindly contact me promptly at denissealzohbi@gmail.com. Please provide photo evidence of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. Once I have assessed the damage, I will initiate the refund process.
Prints:Due to the personalized nature of the prints, refunds are only applicable in the event of damage upon arrival or if they do not match the specified description. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or does not live up to the description, kindly send photos of the order to: denissealzohbi@gmail.com. I will then, of course, send you a new replacement print as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
PRICE MODIFICATION
The prices of the products may change without prior notice. I retain the right to alter or terminate the Service (or any portion or content thereof) at any time without prior notice. I am not liable to you or any third party for any adjustments in pricing, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES, & OMISSIONS
Occasionally, there might be occurrences of typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information presented on our site or within the Service. This includes details related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. I reserve the right to rectify any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Additionally, I have the authority to change or update information and cancel orders if any information within the Service or on any associated website is found to be inaccurate, with no prior notice, even after the submission of your order.
